How do I archive and restore a battery record?

Archiving a battery in Dronedesk takes a retired pack out of your active inventory while keeping its history. This guide covers archiving a battery that has reached end of life, viewing archived batteries, and restoring one if needed. Useful for demonstrating how long you keep packs in service.

In this video, I'm gonna show you how to archive and restore a battery record. From the dashboard, select assets from the menu on the left hand side and choose batteries. This brings you to the batteries page. Choose the battery that you would like to archive. And from the drop down in the actions column, choose archive. If you would like to restore a battery record, check the box show archived records in the bottom right hand corner.

Choose unarchive from the drop down in the action column to restore the record.
