As well as industry specific certifications, Dronedesk is able to track company specific certifications. And I'm gonna show you how to add a certification that is specific to your company to Dronedesk. From the dashboard, choose the user icon in the top right hand corner and select settings. From the settings menu, choose certifications. Click the add certification button. Enter your certification name, whether this applies to team members or the whole organization.
How long it is valid for, and how many days before it expires would you like to see a warning? You also have the opportunity to add a renewal URL, which could point to an external website that enables the user to reapply for this certification. Once you've completed this form, don't forget to click save.
