If you'd like your pilots to receive a notification when they’re assigned to a job, you can configure this within the system.
Go to the top right menu, select “Settings,” then click on “Workflow Configuration” and navigate to “Workflow Notifications.”
Here, you'll find a number of notification options that enable email alerts to be sent to pilots and/or the admin. Simply check the boxes for the notifications you want to enable these settings take effect immediately.
For example, when a pilot is assigned to a job, they’ll receive an email letting them know. That email includes a direct link to the job in Dronedesk, making it quick and easy for them to access the relevant details.
