If you'd like the admin on your Dronedesk account to receive a notification when a pilot raises an incident report, you can easily configure the system to do that.
Go to the top right menu, click “Settings,” then navigate to “Workflow Configuration” and select “Workflow Notifications.”
Scroll to the bottom and enable the option: “Notify account admin when new incident is reported.”
Once this setting is enabled, whenever a pilot creates a new incident report, the admin will receive an email containing a link to view the full details of the incident directly in Dronedesk.
