# Can I get a notification when a pilot submits an incident report?

In this video, you’ll learn how to set up automatic notifications when a pilot files an incident report, helping you respond quickly and stay informed about any operational issues.

If you'd like the **admin on your Dronedesk account** to receive a **notification when a pilot raises an incident report**, you can easily configure the system to do that.

1. Go to the **top right menu**, click **“Settings,”** then navigate to **“Workflow Configuration”** and select **“Workflow Notifications.”**

2. Scroll to the bottom and enable the option: **“Notify account admin when new incident is reported.”**

Once this setting is enabled, whenever a **pilot creates a new incident report**, the **admin will receive an email** containing a **link to view the full details** of the incident directly in Dronedesk.
