How do I connect my Dronelink account?

If you use Dronelink for flight control, you can connect your Dronelink account to Dronedesk to enable automatic syncing of flight logs.

Once the integration is set up, any time you complete a flight using Dronelink, the system will:

Automatically send the flight logs to Dronedesk
Process and assign the flight log to the corresponding job associated with that flight

It’s a fully automated process—no manual uploads required.

In Dronedesk, go to the top-right menu, click “Settings,” then navigate to “Integrations.”
Under the Dronelink section, you’ll see an API token—copy this token.
Head over to your Dronelink account and go to your Account Settings.
Click “Add” next to “Dronedesk” under third-party integrations.
Paste the token you copied from Dronedesk into the field provided.

That’s it—once saved, the connection is active, and your Dronelink flights will start syncing with Dronedesk automatically.
