When you create a job export in Dronedesk, you have the option to customise the colours used for table headings and borders within the exported documents.
For example, if you generate a shareable URL for a job, you’ll see how the export is currently styled. To update the appearance, go to the top-right menu, select Settings, then click Document Header, and choose the gear icon to access the export style settings.
Within this configuration panel, you can:
Change the name of the export types (such as Job Pack, RAMS, or Customer Information Pack)
Switch the font between serif and sans-serif
Choose whether to show or hide table borders
Set the border width and border colour
Adjust the heading colour
For example, you might choose a darker blue heading and turn table borders off. After making your changes, return to the job and refresh the screen. You’ll now see the updated styling applied — in this case, tables without borders and a dark blue header.
These styling options help ensure your exported documents look professional and align with your brand preferences.
