To set up multiple versions of method statements in Dronedesk, go to the top-right menu, select Settings, then click Method Statements.
Once you have a base method statement created, you can make a copy of it:
In the bottom-left corner of the editor, click the “Copy” button.
If a method statement with the same name already exists, you'll see a warning message. In that case, give the new version a different name, such as “Copy Version 2.”
The page will reload, and you’ll see your new copy, containing the same content as the original.
From there, you can edit the content as needed, rename the version, set it as the default, or delete it entirely.
Once saved, your new method statement version will appear as an option when creating or editing jobs. So when you go to create a job, you’ll now see your new Copy Version 2 available in the method statement dropdown.
