# How do I set up multiple Method Statement templates?

Need different templates for different job types? This video shows you how to create and manage multiple versions to suit your business.

To set up **multiple versions of method statements** in Dronedesk, go to the **top-right menu**, select **Settings**, then click **Method Statements**.

Once you have a **base method statement** created, you can make a copy of it:

1. In the **bottom-left corner** of the editor, click the **“Copy”** button.

2. If a method statement with the same name already exists, you'll see a warning message. In that case, give the new version a different name, such as **“Copy Version 2.”**

3. The page will reload, and you’ll see your **new copy**, containing the same content as the original.

From there, you can edit the content as needed, **rename** the version, **set it as the default**, or **delete** it entirely.

Once saved, your new method statement version will appear as an option when creating or editing jobs. So when you go to create a job, you’ll now see your new **Copy Version 2** available in the method statement dropdown.
