By default, in Dronedesk, the risk assessment matrix displays only the overall risk score in each square.
If you want to also show the component scores - that is, the probability and severity values - you can enable this in the settings.
To do that:
Go to the top-right menu, select Settings, then click Risk Assessments
Click the gear icon to access the configuration options
Tick the box labelled "Show score components"
The setting is saved immediately.
Now, when you return to a job and refresh the page, the risk assessment matrix will display both the overall score and the individual components (for example, Probability: 3, Severity: 4) below each square.
