If you have a risk assessment already documented and want to import it into Dronedesk, you can do that through the Data Import feature.
Go to the top-right menu, select Settings, then click Data Import
Scroll down to either Standard Risks or ORA/OSC Risks, depending on the format you need
Next, download the template file, which includes the required headers. Open the file and populate it with your risk data.
For example, here’s a file with three risks. The first two have been pre-scored, while the final risk is left at 0, meaning it will be imported without a score.
Save the completed file as a CSV, then return to Dronedesk, select the file, and upload it.
Once uploaded, you’ll see a confirmation that all rows were imported successfully. After closing that message and refreshing the page, go to Risk Assessments. You’ll now see the imported template, complete with a timestamp and all content exactly as entered in the CSV.
The first two risks appear with their scores, and the third is left unscored, just as specified. This allows you to quickly migrate existing assessments into Dronedesk without starting from scratch.
