If you want to delete a risk assessment template, you can do that by heading top right menu settings, risk assessments. Select the risk assessment you want to remove and hit delete. Confirm. And that's now removed. Bear in mind, this doesn't if that risk assessment has been used on any jobs, it doesn't delete it from the jobs because those jobs get their own unique copy of that risk assessment at the time you create the job.
