How do I revert to a system default risk assessment?

If you want to revert to a system default risk assessment, head to the top right menu settings, risk assessments. I recommend you create a copy of an existing risk assessment and then use that 1 to revert to the system default. So there's our copy for restore. So if I scroll down to the bottom and click on Restore, that will revert that checklist to the system default, which will give you a good starting point for a fresh build.
