For real time or spontaneous deployments, there are a couple of, configuration options that allow you to enable that.
So first thing you wanna do is enable location services. Once you've done that, then in the locations tab, you'll see an icon with a person. That means that Dronedesk has been able to pick up your location from your browser information.
The second thing you want to do is go into settings, job sections, and then configure the spontaneous jobs or spontaneous tasking section. So it's this that will be used for any real time, jobs that are created or taskings. So go through and, check or uncheck any of the options that you want to be included in a spontaneous deployment job.
Once that's done, then users can come in, simply click the location icon. The system will pick up their current location, prefill the location name with all the information needed for that location, and they'll see a 30, 50, hundred and 150 meter radius around that. This will also include any information about flight restriction zones and so on, so they can take action based on that information if it is relevant. Save the location, and then, a new button appears saying create job.
From that location we're now going straight to create a job and this will be prefilled with configurations that enable spontaneous deployment. So we've got a job class of spontaneous. It's picked up the, client, which this user last selected for their previous tasking or job. The location we've just created, the remote pilot is assumed to be the person creating the job or tasking. The primary drone is the drone that was last used by this operator or this pilot, and the start date and end date and time are set for now.
Save that as a new record, and then we can go straight to manage job. We now have a job ready to go in just a couple of clicks.
