Step 1: Connect your DJI cloud account
Head to the top-right menu "Settings > Integrations" and enter your DJI credentials (we don't store these, they're just used once to get an access token from DJI). Click connect and wait for confirmation. The connect button will change to say "Disconnect" once you're successfully connected.
Step 2: Sync your logs on demand
You'll need to head to the "Manage job" page for your job(s) and scroll down to the "Flight logs - import/sync" section. In there, you'll see a "Sync with DJI" button.
Clicking that will trigger the system to access your DJI cloud and look for flight logs which match the job's date and location. Once it finds any, it will pull them in and process them, mapping them out on the map and recording the start and end time, matching the battery and drone by serial number etc.
You can view more detail about each flight by clicking on the route icon in the left-most column (you may need to refresh the page to see this right after the import).
The flight logs will then be reportable against the drone and the pilot via the left menu "Reports > Flight logs" option.
Troubleshooting
If you have problems, check these things first:
Can't connect your DJI account - if you have a password manager or your browser is auto-filling the credentials, make sure they're the correct DJI ones and not just your Dronedesk credentials.
The login window disappears - disable any browser extensions and try again.
There are no logs found when I try to sync:
Click 'View available logs' and make sure the logs you expect to see are listed, if not you may need to sync them on your controller.
Check the job date is correct - Dronedesk will only match logs to jobs if the start date of the job matches the date of the log (if you have multi-day jobs, we recommend you split them one job per day - use the clone job function).
Check the job location is correct - Dronedesk will only match logs to job if the flights are within a 1,000m of the location or the flight area drawn on the site plan map.
