It is possible to archive and unarchive a client in Dronedesk, and I'm gonna show you how. From the dashboard, choose the clients menu option on the left hand side. Open up the clients page, and in the actions column for the clients that you would like to archive, choose archive from the select drop down menu. If you would like to unarchive your client, check the box for show archived records in the bottom right hand corner.
Select the client that you would like to unarchive using the select drop down menu in the action column and choose unarchive.
