Recording a maintenance log against an asset in Dronedesk is nice and easy, and I'm gonna show you how. From the dashboard, choose assets from the menu on the left hand side. Choose the asset that you would like to record maintenance against. Select edit from the drop down menu in the actions column. Click on the maintenance log link. Add your log entry. You will see that it is time and date stamped as well as adding the initials of the user currently logged into Dronedesk.
If you would also like to change the date of the maintenance last done, Click on the maintenance last done date box. Change your date. This will reset the timer, and, therefore, the alerts that you will receive on Dronedesk dashboard. And don't forget to save changes.
