You can change your subscription plan at any point in time in in from within the app. Head to the top right menu "My subscription" - this page will show you the plan you're on currently it'll also tell you how much it's likely to cost you to if you add a user today.
It's important to note that subscription changes in Dronedesk are prorated - that means to say your if you make a change your subscription anniversary date is maintained. So if you upgrade your accounts you pay the difference on a prorated basis up to the end of your current subscription period.
Similarly, if you downgrade, your account is credited, not refunded, with an amount equivalent to the difference in price up to the end of your current subscription period. So everything's prorated to the minute, and that's all managed by Stripe in the system.
To change your plan, scroll down and go to "Change subscription". That'll take you to the Stripe page where you're able to switch between plans, or change the period between monthly and yearly.
And you can do that at any point in time. So, let's say we want to switch down to monthly. This will tell you, because we're switching down to monthly and we've already paid annually, then it's showing 0, but this will show you all of the details. You can also add a promotion code here if you need to.
Click "Subscribe and pay" and your subscription will be updated immediately.
