You're able to cancel your subscription to your Dronedesk at any point in time. There's no jumping through hoops or emailing required.
What you need to do is go to "My Subscription", scroll down and then you've got cancel subscription option here. We do give you a choice so you can stay, cancel or pause.
The pause plan allows you to pay a nominal fee in order for us to retain your data for you. You'll have no functionality in the system, but we will retain your data so whenever you're ready to return you can pick up off, exactly where you left off.
Or you can go ahead and cancel. That will take you to the Stripe page where you're able to click the button to cancel your subscription.
You'll continue to have access up to the end of your current subscription period, at which point, your account will be closed.
And then after that, within around 30 to 60 days, we'll delete all of your data from the system.
