You can check the users on your account at any time. Top right menu: "My users". This will give you a list of all the people on your account.
Anybody with, a green status, has account. That means they've been invited, they've, set their password, and they've got to log in to the account.
Invite expired means that you've invited them, but they haven't gotten around to setting up their password and logging in yet.
Not invited means they're potentially ground crew ground crew observers, people that don't need access to the account.
And people that are archived means their team member record has been archived at some point in time.
Anybody with an invite expired you can re invite from here by clicking the 'reinvite' button. Anybody who's not been invited you can invite for the first time by the same process.
In terms of paying for people on your account it's only people that are shown with a green 'has account' status that are being paid for. So you're not paying for anybody until they've signed up and set their password login to your account.
And if they stop working for you then you just archive their team member record, and that means that you stop paying for them at that point as well.
