Removing a team member from your account is a straightforward process.
Just go to the team member records, and you need to archive the record for the person that you want to remove from the account.
Search for anybody using the top right search bar. Let's say we want to remove Ella because she's left the company. We just select "Archive" from the drop down. That has the effect of now disabling Ella's access to the system. It also credits your account with any prorated amount left up to the end of your current subscription period for Ella's access.
You can check at any point in time by the top right menu, "My users", who is currently archived. So Ella is now shown as archived.
If she subsequently rejoins the company, then I can go back into the team member records and click on "Show archived records" at the bottom right of the table. That will show me all team members who are archived.
And from there, I can "Unarchive" Ella, and that restores her access to the system. Will enable us to log in. The reason, team members are archived and not deleted is so that we retain records, for audit purposes, for any flights or any activity they've completed in the system.
