If you need to export your data from Dronedesk, you can do so at any time, but exports are done by individual section.
For example, to export Clients, go to the Clients section, select all your records, and click “Export to Excel.” This will immediately download a spreadsheet containing all of your client data.
For tables that use pagination—meaning they don’t display all data by default—you'll need to switch the view to “All” to ensure every record is visible before exporting. Then, click the export button.
To export Jobs, you can download summary information directly from the Jobs table. However, if you need individual job data or job packs, you’ll need to access each job separately and export them as PDFs. On the job detail page, use the left and right arrows in the toolbar to scroll through jobs quickly, then click “Download Job Pack” for each one.
You may also want to export Incident Logs, which can be accessed via the Reports menu. As with other tables, select all records and click “Export to Excel.”
For Flight Logs, you can choose all pilots, all drones, and select any date range, then export the results to Excel.
When exporting Maintenance Records, you’ll need to do this by individual drone. Select the appropriate drone from the list, choose your date range, and export. Repeat this for each additional drone as needed.
If you want to export Log Files—for example, logs attached to leads—you can view or add log entries from within the record. Then click “CSV” to export the entire log.
And that’s how you export all of your data from Dronedesk.
