If you want to have your data permanently deleted from Dronedesk, the process involves two steps and will only be accepted from the registered admin on your account.
Go to the top-right menu and click “My Profile.”
Then select “Edit My Profile” and click on the GDPR tab.
Scroll to the bottom and click “Delete My Account.”
This action will trigger an email with further instructions. The email will note if there are other users on your account, but the most important part is a specific confirmation line that you must include in your reply.
To proceed, reply to the email, paste the required confirmation statement exactly as provided, and send your request.
Dronedesk will typically process the deletion on the same day, but always within 72 hours at the latest. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the deletion has been completed.
