If you get an error message when you try and click the verification link that you receive in your sign up email, then that could be for a couple of reasons.
If you're being invited to join an existing account by the account admin, then all you'll need to do is, ask that admin to resend the invitation for you because it's likely your, verification code has expired.
If you're signing up for a new Dronedesk account, then it could be because the email address that you've registered is already associated with another account in Dronedesk. If that's the case, then just drop us a line at support@dronedesk. Io, and we'll sort you out.
