If you've come across content on Dronedesk that you believe is illegal, you can report it to us and we'll review it. This article covers how to send a report, what to include, and what we'll do once we have it.
Use this to report specific content on the platform that you believe breaks the law, for example content that infringes someone's intellectual property, is defamatory, violates someone's privacy, or is otherwise unlawful.
Please don't use this for:
Technical problems or bugs. Visit our support pages instead.
Your own data or privacy rights. Email [email protected].
General or sales questions. Head to our contact page.
The quickest way is our reporting form:
Go to Report illegal content.
Fill in the details (see "What to include" below).
Tick the declaration and submit.

To help us act quickly, please tell us:
Where the content is. The exact page URL, or the record or report reference, so we can find it.
Why you believe it's illegal. What the content is and what law you think it breaks. The more specific you are, the faster we can act.
Your name and email. So we can confirm we've received your report and tell you what we decide.
A good-faith confirmation. That you believe the information in your report is accurate and complete.
You'll normally need to give your name and email so we can keep you updated. The one exception is content involving child sexual abuse, which you can report without giving your details.
We confirm receipt. You'll get an acknowledgement, usually by email.
We review. We look at the content carefully, fairly and without undue delay.
We let you know. We'll tell you our decision and, if you disagree with it, the options available to you.
We take every report seriously and aim to deal with them promptly.
